Return Policy


We hope you’re happy with your purchase – but if it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can easily return it.


14-Day Return Right
You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it. You can return the item and get a refund for the items or you can change to an other size.


How to Return an Item

  1. Send us an email at customerservice@inanera.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Pack the item securely – preferably in its original packaging – and make sure all accessories and tags are included.
  3. Send the package to the return address provided in our return email.

  4. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Kindly note that if you would like to exchange your item for another size, you will need to place a new order. Alternatively, you can arrange an exchange in Copenhagen by appointment.



Important Return Requirements

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Original tags and labels must be attached.
  • We do not accept items that show signs of use, have stains, or smell of perfume, smoke, or similar.

     

  • Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for another size or color.



Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service – so you have proof in case the package gets lost.



Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll refund the amount to the payment method used at checkout – usually within 5–10 business days.
